THE BARGAINING PROCESS BEGINS…..
Your bargaining team has now completed 2 days of skills training and are pleased to present to you the Bargaining Survey (demand set survey). This survey must be returned via email or a bargaining team member by Monday December 5th.
LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD. YOUR BARGAINING TEAM WANTS TO HEAR FROM YOU.
On December 7th, the bargaining team will meet to collate the results of your surveys and prepare for the demand set meeting that you will attend on December 15th at 6:30pm.
Following this meeting, the team will meet again to develop our initial proposal based on the bargaining unit demands.
DO YOU WANT TO BE INVOLVED?
We need your help. We’re looking for individuals to act as mobilizers. What’s involved you ask? The key duties of a mobilizer are:

- Explain the importance of filling in the bargaining survey and coming to the demand set meeting
- Participate in events to support your bargaining team
- Help us spread the word
