The OPSEU Resource Centre is a fast link for information on just about anything connected to the union. Located at the union’s Head Office in Toronto, it’s a direct phone connection to trained representatives who can answer questions on a wide range of labour topics and emergencies. Resource Centre staff know how to contact the person you need for expert help when necessary. They have access to databases and collective agreements and know how to find the answers.

Who is your workplace steward? They can tell you. What is happening to your grievance? They will find out. What does the Employment Standards Act say about pay on statutory holidays? Again, they’ll find the answer.
